“ Ernies Fried Chicken 08-02-24 I stopped by to get lunch It's a small place but nice. I used the order window and waited in my car till they called my name. We had; Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Fries. Tasted like processed Steak that came frozen. But it was good with the gravy and potatoes. Steak Finger Basket with Fries. Same as the Chicken Fried Steak 9 Piece Chicken Tenders. Tender and good. I also got 1/2 Dz Chicken Livers that were battered well and had good flavor. I Ordered the Catfish Only which came with Tarter Sauce and Two Hushpuppies. Good Cornmeal Batter and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. All in all it was OK. Nothing special but still good. I would go back to try their Fried Chicken and Breakfast Tacos! The employee that waited on me was very friendly and nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience ”
